Elit-S is pleased to announce that From Overload to Agency (OTA) has secured Erasmus+ funding and is now getting underway. This adult education project brings together Fundacja ArtHolistica in Poland, Elit-S in Bulgaria and Partilhar Instantes Club in Portugal. Running from October 2026 to March 2028, the project will use creative group activities and theatrical improvisation to support adults aged 30 and over who experience stress, overload or social isolation. Participants will have opportunities to build confidence, connect with others and explore practical ways to respond to everyday challenges. No previous theatre experience is needed. Each partner will host a five-day workshop cycle in its country. Drawing on these experiences, the partners will create a freely available practical guide and a set of exercise cards for adult educators and facilitators. A representative of Elit-S presented a report on the results of an extensive survey among teachers on their attitude towards the use of AI tools in the process of preparation for their work in class directly with their target groups. The report is entirely based on the survey cinducted within AID-LANG project, 2025-1-BG01-KA210-ADU-000356982.

We are happy to announce the successful participation of six of our employees in six Erasmus+ KA1 structured courses in Iceland, Spain, Portugal and Hungary. We trusted the providers and got the most of their courses.
